Tracey leads our Accounts department, humorously noting her role is to "manage anything with a number." With four years at Engel Jacobs, she's a seasoned expert in block management finances, bringing extensive experience to her role. Tracey goes beyond the numbers, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills—like swiftly resolving a recent power outage at several blocks, ensuring electricity was restored within the day. She's also been instrumental in rolling out improved financial processes, including transitioning to a regular weekly payment run, and actively contributes to positive changes as a valued member of the Engel Jacobs family.
